LayerX Suppression(LayerX) suppressor s and suppressor parts are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Each LayerX suppressor and suppressor part is warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for its lifetime. LayerX will repair or replace free of charge any suppressor or suppressor part covered by this warranty that has a defect in materials or craftsmanship. The liability of LayerX under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect or replace the suppressor or suppressor part (as determined at LayerX ’s sole discretion) and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the suppressor or suppressor part. This warranty is transferable for the lifetime of the suppressor or suppressor part.

THIS EXPRESSED LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY ON LAYERX SUPPRESSORS AND SUPPRESSOR PARTS. LAYERX SUPPRESSOR S AND SUPPRESSOR PARTS ARE SOLD “AS IS,” AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
This warranty does not cover ordinary wear or any damage resulting from careless or criminal handling, neglect, corrosion, unauthorized or improper installation or mounting on firearms, unauthorized or improper modifications, including modifications using non-LAYERX or otherwise incompatible parts, unauthorized or improper repairs or adjustments, use of improper, substandard, reloaded, or defective ammunition, or other unauthorized or unreasonable use of the suppressor or suppressor part. LAYERX , in its sole discretion, will determine if a particular issue or condition is covered by this warranty.
Baffle strikes which are not due to a defect in workmanship are not covered by this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall LAYERX be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. LAYERX will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless or criminal handling, neglect, corrosion, unauthorized or improper installation or mounting on firearms, unauthorized or improper modifications, including modifications using non-LAYERX or otherwise incompatible parts, unauthorized or improper repairs or adjustments, use of improper, substandard, reloaded, or defective ammunition, or other unauthorized or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If your LAYERX suppressor is not covered under this warranty for whatever reason, you nevertheless may be eligible to purchase a replacement suppressor for half of the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the same or similar model suppressor. WARRANTY CLAIMS
To initiate a Warranty claim, email LAYERX Customer Service at support@layer3dx.com. Customer service will issue an RMA number to allow for the return of the suppressor or suppressor part. Warranty claims must have this RMA filled out and included in the box with the suppressor or suppressor part. The returned item must be shipped using the prepaid label our representative emails to you. LAYERX will pay shipping and insurance charges for the return of a suppressor or suppressor part to its owner or FFL if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work. If LAYERX is unable to repair any suppressor or any serialized suppressor part, a new replacement one will be provided and if required it must be shipped to an FFL/SOT for transfer back to the customer. LAYERX will not be responsible for additional transfer fees at the FFL or the cost of the NFA tax stamp, if applicable.
